Our Structure

Canterbury Wealth Management's current organisation structure is illustrated in the following diagram:

The organisational structure is designed to ensure that clients have confidence, and easy access to more than just one person in the firm, but the principal is involved in all outward correspondence, reports, and especially those documents containing advice.

Copies of e-mails to/from clients are copied to the principal. The principal signs the audit reports, compilation reports, income tax returns and letters, with the exception of consultants reports.

Occasionally, faxes are signed by the team member. Partners normally sight these before they are sent and both a soft and hard copy is retained.
